It’s wedding season . . . which is unfortunate for anyone NOT getting married.
So Buzzfeed conducted a poll on current BRIDAL PARTY TRENDS . . . asking people if these trends are “tacky . . . tasteful . . . or totally fine.”
The results are in, and here they are, ranked from most-to-least tacky.
1. Hiring a stripper . . . 77% said tacky.
2. (Careful) Body part memorabilia and décor . . . 69% tacky.
3. Sayings like ‘Bride Squad’ on clothes . . . 66% tacky.
4. Wearing colorful wigs . . . 64% tacky.
5. Special hashtags on social media . . . 61% tacky.
6. (Careful) Gifting the bride lingerie and sex toys . . . 54% tacky.
7. The bridal party covering ALL of the bride’s expenses for the party / trip . . . 49% tacky.
8. Taking pole dancing classes . . . 36% tacky.
9. The bridal party wearing matching outfits . . . 33% tacky.
10. Having a destination bachelorette party in another city or country . . . 26% tacky.
11. Combo bachelor / bachelorette parties . . . 27% tacky.
12. Clubbing . . . 23% tacky.
13. The bride wearing white the entire celebration . . . 20% tacky.
14. “Glamping” . . . 16% tacky. If you’re not familiar with “glamping” it’s basically luxury camping . . . the OPPOSITE of roughing it out in the woods.
