There are so many bad drivers, I feel like if we did this here, I could quit my job and just commute for a living.
Vietnam is paying people to report bad drivers . . . up to $200 a pop. (!!!)
If you see someone texting-and-driving or running a red light, you can report them and get 10% of whatever their fine is.
The maximum payout is just under 200 bucks. Or technically, five million dong. That’s the national currency of Vietnam.
